Obituary

Funeral services for Pauline J. Kerbo, age 98, of Fayetteville, will be conducted at 12 PM Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at Higgins Funeral Home with Pastor Bryan Bult officiating. Burial will follow in Hester Cemetery.

Mrs. Kerbo was born on January 11, 1919, in Madison County, Alabama and daughter of the late Charlie and Mamie Pennington Jones. Pauline worked for the old Arsenal during WWII, was employed in the retail industry and worked for the Merrimack Cotton Mill all in Huntsville. Mrs. Kerbo was a member of the Fayetteville Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church and loved to work in her vegetable garden. She passed away on December 24, 2017 at Lincoln Medical Center.

Survivors include her son, Danny Kerbo of Fayetteville; daughter, Wilma Lynn of Tullahoma; and a sister Veda Hughes. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Kerbo was preceded in death by her siblings, Alfred Jones, Retha Atchley, Edna Baumgardner, Telford Jones, Norman Jones and Melvin Jones.

Visitation with the family will be 11 AM until time of service at 12 PM on Wednesday at Higgins Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the Fayetteville ARP Church, 1720 Huntsville Hwy

Fayetteville, TN 37334. Higgins Funeral Home is honored to be serving the family of Pauline J. Kerbo.
