Obituary

Funeral service for Mr. Thomas Earl “Tommy” Hall, age 59, of Fayetteville, TN will be conducted at 11 AM on Thursday, March 15, 2018 at Higgins Funeral Home with Dr. Jon Hathcock, Bro. Al Gault, and J.J. Kennard officiating. Burial will follow in Shiloh Cemetery.

Mr. Hall was born on July 25, 1958 in Lincoln County, TN to the late Kenneth Hall and Virginia Hopcroft. He worked as a machine operator for Copperweld Bimetallics LLC and a member of Fayetteville First Baptist Church. Mr. Hall passed away on March 12, 2018 at Huntsville Hospital.

Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Diane Slayton Hall; daughters, Nikki (Lyndell) Creecy of Fayetteville, TN and Michelle (Dan) Blair of Columbia, TN; grandchildren, Gabbey Flynt, Knox Creecy, Liam Creecy, Lakelynn Creecy, Slayton Blair, and Skout Blair; brother, Wayne (Kathy) Hall; sister, Peggy Atchley; special sister-in-law, Lisa (Jack) Williams; and special nieces, Candice (J.J.) Kennard and Cortney (Dan) McCormick. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his in-laws, Doc and Frances Slayton; sister, Robbie Owens; and brother, Kenny Hall.

Visitation with the family will be held Wednesday, March 14, 2018, at 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Higgins Funeral Home. Higgins is honored to be serving the family of Mr. Hall.

    I am so saddened to learn of Tommy’s passing. I I knew him from my banking days. We always enjoyed Tommy as he was always happy, laughing and joking with all of us. E will truly be missed. May God give you strength as you cling to your precious memories..
