Funeral service for Mr. Charles Claude Howard age 76 of Fayetteville, will be conducted Monday, December 31, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Higgins Funeral Home with Rev. Vann Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Higgins Cedar Hills Memorial Garden. Mr. Howard passed away Friday afternoon in Donaldson Care Center.
A native of Madison County AL. Mr Howard was the son of the late William B. and Essie Parks Howard. Mr. Howard served in the Army, retired from the Department of Defense Civil Service, he was a Mason and Shriner and a member of the First Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife Ila Pearl Howard of Fayetteville, daughters Sandra C. Howard of Fayetteville, TN. Debbie Looman of Fayetteville, Donna (Steve) Ward of Fayetteville, TN. Dixie (Charles) Robbins of Pulaski, TN. Step-son Troy Carter of Austin, TX, step-daughters Kim Carter and Shan (Shane) Wells all of Lewisburg, TN. 6 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren
Visitation with the family will be Sunday evening from 5 until 8 p.m. at Higgins Funeral Home.
