It is with regret that we announce the passing of Mr. Beecher “Buddy” McKinley Raines, II, age 61, of Fayetteville, TN. Mr. Raines was born on September 7, 1956 in Orange County, CA to the late Clara Jean Denney and Beecher McKinley Raines, I. Buddy was known for his love of life. He passed away on May 14, 2018.

Survivors include his wife of 26 years, Mona Raines; daughter, Kara Cheyanne Raines of Russel Springs, KY; sons, Lee (Kim) Chapman of Lexington, KY and Chad (Kelly) Chapman of Keene, KY; and grandchildren, Maci Brooke and Cade, Caldwell and Braxton.

Higgins Funeral Home is honored to be serving the family of Mr. Raines.
