It is with regret that we announce the passing of Mr. Beecher “Buddy” McKinley Raines, II, age 61, of Fayetteville, TN. Mr. Raines was born on September 7, 1956 in Orange County, CA to the late Clara Jean Denney and Beecher McKinley Raines, I. Buddy was known for his love of life. He passed away on May 14, 2018.
Survivors include his wife of 26 years, Mona Raines; daughter, Kara Cheyanne Raines of Russel Springs, KY; sons, Lee (Kim) Chapman of Lexington, KY and Chad (Kelly) Chapman of Keene, KY; and grandchildren, Maci Brooke and Cade, Caldwell and Braxton.
Higgins Funeral Home is honored to be serving the family of Mr. Raines.

Best story teller ever!! We will miss his love for smiling and making people smile., and for always making sure my sister was taken care of. Rest In Peace Bud. We will miss you but know that you are in your eternal home. We love you! And we’ll take good care of your girl.
