Beyond Sorrow is a grief support group with the purpose of allowing those who have lost a loved one to share their struggles with others who have experienced a similar loss. Discover inner and outer resources for coping with grief. Learn how to ask for and receive support. Learn how to offer support to others. Learn ways of problem-solving from peers.
