Higgins Cedar Hill Memorial Gardens
Lincoln County cemetery
Since 1903, Higgins Funeral Home has provided personalized service to our community. In this spirit, Higgins Cedar Hills Memorial Gardens was acquired to provide a peaceful resting ground for the greater Lincoln County and surrounding areas. Established in 1984 just off Liberty Road, it is one of Fayetteville and Lincoln County’s newest and most modern cemeteries.
We pride ourselves on meticulously maintaining eighteen pristine acres of beautiful rolling hills beside the Elk River. As a perpetual care cemetery, you can be assured that your loved one’s place of rest will be cared for – for many years to come.
Beautiful scenery for a final resting place
Higgins Cedar Hills Memorial Gardens includes 18 acres of gently rolling, Middle Tennessee countryside that overlooks the scenic Elk River. It is presently divided into four gardens that offer diverse burial and niche services. The cemetery offers options for in-ground burial including memorial and upright markers, a columbarium with cremation niches, and a Veterans Garden of Honor. These choices are available to families in their time of need and also allow planning for future needs.
As a perpetual care cemetery, you can be assured that your loved one’s place of rest will be cared for – for many years to come. We know that there are two lifetimes of a cemetery: the active interment lifetime and the dormancy period. It is during the dormancy period that the perpetual care fund of a cemetery becomes an integral part of its continued maintenance.
Higgins Cedar Hills Memorial Gardens seeks to be the one you trust for your family’s memorial needs for generations to come. Watch a video from the day of the Memorial Gardens dedication ceremony below, or view our photo gallery to see more of the grounds.

Services
Perpetual Care
It’s always difficult for anyone to envision a cemetery after all vacancies are full. Who takes care of them, and then what do we do?
Garden of Honor
Higgins Cedar Hills Memorial Gardens was designed to be a place of solace. We are proud to be able to offer such a beautiful, peaceful place of rest. The Garden of Honor is dedicated to those who served our country.
Garden of Hope
Established in 2011, the Garden of Hope is a section of Higgins Cedar Hills Memorial Gardens with upright headstones.
Garden of Devotion
The Garden of Devotion was established in 2022 as our cremation garden. This columbarium allows individuals who wish to be cremated to have a permanent resting place where loved ones can visit.
