Obituary

Graveside service for Mrs. Wilma Lee Fuller Ables, age 79, of Fayetteville, TN, will be conducted Saturday, August 19, 2017 at 12:30 p.m. at Lincoln Cemetery with Bro. Don Wallace and Bro. Ronnie Thomas officiating. Mrs. Ables passed away August 14, 2017 at Huntsville Hospital.

Wilma was the daughter of the late Gilbert Dickey and Cassie Sullivan Fuller and was born on April 20, 1938 in Lincoln County, TN. She was a member of the West Fayetteville Church of Christ. Wilma was a florist and co-owner of Ables’ Green Houses.

Survivors include her sons, Donnie (Cindy) and Tommy (Margie) Ables of Fayetteville, TN; sister, Jeanette Howell; and granddaughter, Amelia LeAnne Ables. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Tom Allen Ables and infant son, John Allen Ables.

Visitation with the family will be held Saturday, August 19, 2017, at 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. at Higgins Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Humane Society at www.humanesociety.org or Fayetteville Animal Shelter at 1718 Pulaski Hwy, Fayetteville, TN 37334. Higgins Funeral Home is honored to be serving the family of Mrs. Wilma Lee Fuller Ables.
