Funeral service for Teresa Lynn Sims, age 43 of Fayetteville, will be conducted Sunday April 12, 2015 at 2 p.m. at Higgins Funeral Home with Bro. Jim Black officiating. Burial will follow in Prosperity Cemetery. Ms. Sims passed away Friday morning April 10, 2015 at Lincoln Medical Center.
A native of Lincoln County, Ms. Sims was the daughter of Ruby Lovell (John) Walker and Steve (Ginger) West and was a retail clerk.
Survivors in addition to her parents include three sons Damian Pugh, Dustin Sims, Trevor Sims all of Elkmont, AL, brother Jack Walker of Fayetteville, grandmother Helen West of Fayetteville and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by grandparents Alfred and Louise Lovell, Eugene West and daughter Megan Sims.
Visitation with the family will be Saturday April 11, 2015 from 5-8 p.m. at Higgins Funeral Home.
