Obituary

It is with regret that we announce the death of Mrs. Stella Jane Patterson age 61, of Fayetteville. Mrs. Patterson passed away Monday evening in Donalson Care Center.

A native of Sandy Spring, MD, she was the daughter of the late Robert Franklin and Estelle Russell Moore. She was a homemaker, enjoyed crafts and sewing and was a member of the First Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband Guy Patterson of Fayetteville, sons Dennis (Jennifer) Patterson of Fayetteville, NC, Scott (Crissi) Patterson of Huntsville, daughter Angela Rose (Ronald) Worthington of Fayetteville, grandchildren Aubrey Patterson, Morgan Patterson, Brian Patterson, Elise Patterson, Austin Rainey, Eden Rainey, Elaina Worthington, Emory Worthington as well as several brothers and sisters.

Burial will be in Pine Lawn Cemetery in Cherry Tree Township, PA.

    I’m sorry I didn’t get to know Jane personally. I know she was/is a wonderful lady. I lost my husband in March, and since he was Christian, I know that he is more alive now than ever. May God be especially close to you at this time. Love, Because He Lives, Amy S. Osteen
