I am.so saddened by Andrea’s passing. We first met when we both worked at Teledyne in Lewisburg and carpooled from Fayetteville (with Gay Parsley). I remember so much laughter and fun on those daily 30-minute rides, and Andrea’s always cheerful demeanor and attitude about jobs, family, and life in general. We remained casual friends through all of these remaining years, even when we both moved away from Fayetteville, her to New Jersey with her husband Gary, and then to Florida, and me to Nashville. She was one of the most imperturbable and easygoing woman I’ve ever known, even when life was treating her badly. And she had a lovely kindness and generosity of spirit that was always apparent. I will miss her. Sincere condolences to her family and friends, and may her memory be a blessing. I loved her too.

Andrea was so sweet when we were growing up. I was blessed to know her and Wade and their parents. Andrea did my hair for many school events even though she was only 3 years older than me, and my husband graduated with Andrea. So sorry for the family for her great loss! May you find comfort and peace. Thought and prayers for all of you.
