Obituary

Funeral services for Sandra Lee Works, age 53 of Taft, will be conducted Monday afternoon at 2 PM at the Cash Point Baptist Church with Bro. Larry Bottom officiating. Burial will follow in Gatlin Cemetery. Mrs. Works passed away Friday morning at her residence.

A native of Fayetteville, TN, she was the daughter of the late James and Marie Martin, a caregiver for the elderly and a member of the Cash Point Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband Richard Works of Taft, sons Phillip Works and wife Ashley of Fayetteville, Bobby Works and wife Ashley of Blanche, daughter Cassie Brown and husband Brandon of Fayetteville, grandchildren Ryan Works, Brandon Brown, Jr., Luke Works, Tyler Brown, Emma Works, Karlee Works, Blake Brown, Braden Works, Elle Mae Works and Parker Brown. Mrs. Works was preceded in death by two brothers Jimmy and Don Martin.

Visitation with the family will be Monday 11 AM – 2 PM at the Cash Point Baptist Church.

Higgins Funeral Home is assisting the family of Mrs. Sandra Works.

    so sorry to hear about sandy passing away I met her at camp when we were about 11 years old then we became neighbors a few years later we were friends ever since sandy was a very good person I will always remember her
