I am so sorry to hear of Sadie’s passing. She and my mother were such good friends and I tried to keep in contact with her after the passing of my Mother.

Oh, Sadie, I loved you so much…the only true friend I knew…I will treasure the memories we had, the talks we had, the joy of just being in your company. Godspeed, my sweet precious friend…

I first met Sadie at the Library when I worked at there. We became fast friends. I visited in her delightful home several times. She was a gifted decorator. She came to my house and helped me in some decorating as well. She was a fine, caring lady. She helped counsel many abused women have the courage to leave and start a better life. Sadie will be missed. I am thankful to have been her friend.
