Obituary

Funeral services for Ryan Wesley Sherrer, age 21 of Fayetteville, will be conducted Saturday at 11 a.m. at Higgins Funeral Home with Bro. Roy Hopkins officiating. Burial will follow in Lebanon Cemetery. Mr. Sherrer passed away Wednesday in an auto accident.

Mr. Sherrer was born in Hood River, OR and was the son of Wesley Allen Sherrer and Carolyn Jean Wickman who survive. He was a log truck driver for Davie Ashley Saw Mill. Mr. Sherrer loved his children, working on cars, the outdoors and driving log trucks.

Survivors in addition to his parents include his wife Taylor Shae Byrd Sherrer of Fayetteville, children Lillian Rose and Maclay Skye Sherrer both of Fayetteville and baby Emree Ryan Sherrer, siblings, Wren Sherrer Perry, Rachel Lea Sherrer and Nathan Wayne Sherrer all of Tullahoma, grandparents Bill and Pam Rushford of Fayetteville and Kathy Ruete of Maine. He was preceded in death by maternal grandfather Wayne Wickman and paternal grandfather Warren Sherrer.

Visitation with the family will be Friday evening 5-8 p.m. at Higgins Funeral home.
