Graveside services for Mrs. Ruth Holland Mullins, age 92, of Fayetteville will be conducted at 1:00pm Friday at New Grove Cemetery with Bro. Bobby Bates officiating. Burial is beside her husband Leonard Mullins who died in 1985. Mrs. Mullins passed away on Monday November 4, 2008 at Crestwood Medical Center. Higgins Funeral Home is in charge of services.

Mrs. Mullins was a native of Dellrose, TN and the daughter of the late William Oliver and Hattie Lewter Holland. She was a sales lady with J.C. Penney’s, a member of the Kirkland Baptist Church and was a foster grandparent.

Survivors include a son Glenn Mullins of Fayetteville, one brother Clay Holland of Nashville three grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a great grandchild Kailey-Ann Burgess, 9 brothers and sisters.

Visitation with the family will be Friday 11am-1PM at Higgins Funeral Home.
