Just totally in shock, just read our local paper, not expecting to see his name. I enjoy wirking around him, fun to be around, enjoyed sparring with him, he could take and give back with the best, fun and extremely smart, so sorry for your loss. He will be missed.

I was extremely shocked to hear of Bill’s passing. I have fond memories of supporting Bill, as a contractor, while he was employed by the government. I had worked with him on numerous programs and, as others have said, found him to be a dedicated professional who contributed much to our country, as well as being quite accessible to those who supported him. He was a highly respected individual both professionally and personally. My condolences to the family during this difficult time.

    Traci & Family:

I just was informed of Bill’s early death and it really shocked me. So very sorry for your loss.
Bill, was a fine man; I enjoyed working with him and had much respect for him. He will truly be missed by many in the work place. I am at a loss, really, as I have not seen Bill in over 10 yrs as I retired long ago but always remembered him – will continue to do so. “Tis but the wink of an eye, and the draw of a breath from the blossoms of health to the paleness of death” from a poem Lincoln loved by Henry Knox and sums up my feelings well. Bill now knows all the secrets of the Universe and I wish him eternal happiness.
