I had the pleasure of meeting mr robert a few weeks ago. I felt as though I’ve known him longer. Tina would always send me pics of the family. Thank you mr robert for paving the way for young guy like me to serve in the military. Thank you for showing what courage really means. thank you sir. Now you fly with the angles! I would especially like to thank, teresa, and tina, for allowing me help my fellow comrade during his time of need. Mrs Virginia, you have been truly blessed! God bless the entire family.

Our hearts break for you all! We all have lost a wonderful person. But we also know Reese, Mama Perry(Fannie Mae) and Mom (Murrell) and all of his family that have gone before are rejoicing in heaven to have him there. God has gained a trooper. What a wonderful memory he has left behind. Our Love and prayers are with you all.

It is with much sorrow that I learned of Robert’s death. Since we have not had much contact lately I did not know how bad things have been. We do love you all and are truly sorry about Robert. Robert was a wonderful person and was well thought of by all of us. My Mother thought of him in her last moments.. Daddy loved him like a brother. I am sorry that we have not been so close and hope to be so again.
    much love,

I have known Robert for years. He ran MC Auto Parts in Huntsville then. Unfortunately we lost contact about 25 years ago. Robert was a fine person, a lot of fun to be around!
He was super person and loved his children and Virginia!
He’ll be missed. Sorry I can’t be at the funeral, as business calls. Robert would have understood that!
I wish Virginia, Teresa, and Bobby the very best. I look forward to seeing them soon.
God Bless and be with all of you.

Uncle Robert taught and shared a lot with us. He was loved, respected and fun to be around. He knew he lived a full and fulfilling life and left a positive print in his community. People want to know they leave remembered; I think more people knew and remember Uncle Robert than are listed in the Lincoln County phonebook!
