A funeral service for Robbie Ann Brooks, age 62, of Fayetteville, TN, will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, June 4, 2026, at Higgins Funeral Home, with Brother Greg Wiser officiating. Burial will follow in Wright’s Cemetery. Visitation with the family will take place on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Higgins Funeral Home.

Born on August 11, 1963, in Lincoln County, TN, Robbie was a 1980 graduate of Lincoln County High School. She found great joy in hunting and fishing, with her absolute favorite moments spent teaching and sharing those fishing trips with her beloved grandchildren.

While Robbie worked briefly as the parts manager for Yearwood Implement Company, she truly found her calling in public service. She dedicated her life to a distinguished career in law enforcement, serving first as a police officer for the town of Petersburg, and later as a corrections and transport officer for Marshall, Moore, and Lincoln Counties. Known for her integrity and firm but fair nature, Robbie earned immense respect from her colleagues and the community alike, leaving behind a legacy of dedicated service.

Survivors include her father, Bobby (Rita) West, Jr.; husband, Eddie Brooks; daughter, Ashley Price; son, Charles (R.J) Brooks-Routzahn; grandchildren, Rylin Price, Peerless Price, and Gavin Kelley; brother, Robert West; sisters, Monica Means, Sheila (Tom) Jennings, and Rita Jo (Mike) Rice; step-sisters, Gina (Hugh) Crabtree, Lorry (Joe) Anderton, Amanda (Duane) Harper, and Daphney (Dusty) Posey; and numerous nieces and nephews. Robbie was preceded in death by her mother, Norma Dean Haislip West.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cyruston Church of Christ, PO Box 100, Taft, TN 38488.

Higgins Funeral Home is privileged to offer comfort, care, and support to the family of Robbie Ann Brooks.
