Graveside funeral services for Mr. Richard E. Stuart, age 82, of Fayetteville will be conduced at 2 PM Sunday at Riverview Memorial Gardens with Bro. Richard Rogers officiating. Mr. Stuart passed away Saturday morning at Lynchburg Nursing Home.

A son of the late Percy O. and Hazel I. DeSelms Stuart, he was a native of Wadsworth, OH, formerly employed as an engineer and regional sales manager at Russell Associates, and a member of Liberty Church of Christ.

Survivors include his wife Betty Wilkerson Stuart of Fayetteville, sister Lois Mae Looney of Cuyahoga Falls, OH and Harvetta Gambil of Rottman, OH, mother-in-law Jewell Wilkerson of Fayetteville, brother-in-law Blake Wilkerson and wife Betty of Fayetteville, sisters-in-law Lyn LeCrone and husband Roy of FL and Sue Donaldson of Fayetteville, several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Robert Edward Stuart.

There will be no formal visitation at the funeral home prior to services.
