Funeral services for Mr. Rees Pack, age 85, of Fayetteville will be conducted at 1 PM Tuesday at Higgins Funeral Home with Rev. Kirk Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Riverview Memorial Gardens. Mr. Pack passed away Saturday morning, April 25, 2009, at Middle Tennessee Memorial Center.
A son of the late James Owen and Cynthia Ann Perry Pack, he was a native of Lincoln County, a hairdresser, and a veteran of the US Navy having served in WWII.
Survivors include 2 sisters Virginia Pack McCrory and husband Robert of Fayetteville and Betty Pack Bell of St. Petersburg, FL, nieces Sandra Pack Priestly and husband Tant and Patsy Pack Johnson and husband Frankie, devoted niece Teresa McCrory Price, nephews Bobby McCrory and wife Cindy, David Bell and wife Pam, Roy Michael Pack, and Bert Pack and wife Mary, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews Dawn Price and children Keishawn and Keimya, Tina Mitchell and husband Carmoski and Calvin, Nicole McCrory, Tim Priestly and wife Nancy and children Taylor and Boston, Jody Priestly May and husband Mike and children Ethan and Avery, Michelle Johnson Rowe and children Alexis and Logan and family, and Sherrie and Westley Pack and their families.
Visitation with the family will be from 5-8 PM Monday evening at Higgins Funeral Home.
