Funeral services for Rebecca “Becky” Ann Moyers, age 70 of Fayetteville will be conducted at 11AM Monday at Higgins Funeral Home with Dr. Ronnie Gay and brother-in-law Rev. Abe Silliman, Jr. officiating.  Burial will follow in Stateline Cemetery beside her husband of 54 years Daniel Thomas Moyers who passed away in April 2009.  Mrs. Moyers passed away Thursday at Lincoln Medical Center.

She was a native of Lincoln County and the daughter of the late James O and Mattie Dunn Green.  She was a homemaker and a member of the Prospect Baptist Church.

Survivors her children Delaine Moyers-Becker, Richard Dan Moyers and wife Janet, Dottye Watson and husband Mike of Fayetteville and David Bryant Moyers and wife Sherri of Fayetteville, 6 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, brother Bill Green and wife Virginia of Fayetteville, sister Evelyn Flynt and husband Sonny of Fayetteville, sister-in-law Elaine Green of Fayetteville and several nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by a brother Jim Green.

Those serving as pallbearer are Zachary Moyers, Jeremy Watson, J. D. Becker, Kevin Chamblee, Ryan Jeans, Mike Barberi and honorary Mike Watson.

Visitation with the family will be Sunday night 5-8PM at Higgins Funeral Home.
