Obituary

Funeral service for Mr. Ralph Wilson Smith age 77, of Delrose, will be conducted 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at Higgins Funeral Home, with Rev. Kirt Smith officiating. Burial will follow beside his wife Robbie Jane Mullins Smith in Shiloh Cemetery. Mr. Smith passed away May 29, 2016 in Huntsville Hospital.

A native of Lincoln County, he was the son of the late Carl W. and Patty Curtis Smith. Mr. Smith worked for Lincoln Paving, and was a member of the Methodist Church.

Survivors include his son Doyle (Stephanie) Smith of Delrose; grandchildren Chandler and Whitley Smith; sisters Marie Bevels, Ellen Doss, Patricia Knott and Brenda Anderson; and brothers Steve Smith, Sloan Smith and Tommy Smith.

Visitation with the family will be 5 – 8 p.m. Monday May 30, 2016 at Higgins Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Shiloh Cemetery.
