Graveside service for Mrs. Pauline Moore Phillips, age 91 of Middletown, MD formerly of Fayetteville, will be conducted Saturday, August 24, 2013 at 2:00 pm in Kelso Cemetery with Rev. Kirk Smith officiating. Burial will be beside her husband Milton Goodner Phillips who passed away in the 1980’s. Mrs. Phillips passed away in Boonsboro, MD Wednesday, August 21, 2013.

A native of Lincoln County, she was the daughter of the late Horace Jay and Mattie Pylant Moore. She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors include her son Terry Phillips and Cindy Foo of Middletown, MD, grandson Caroll Phillips, great grandsons Dylan Phillips, Dominic Phillips all of Hagerstown, MD, one niece Barbara Self and husband Lloyd of Huntsville, AL.

Visitation with the family will be Saturday from 12:30 until 1:30 pm at Higgins Funeral Home.
