Obituary

Graveside service for Patty Dockery Cowley, age 46 of Kelso, will be conducted Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. at Kelso Cemetery with Pastor Mike Robertson officiating. Mrs. Cowley passed away Tuesday evening at Fayetteville Care and Rehabilitation Center.

A native of Fostoria, OH, she was the daughter of the late Ed Dockery and Donna Miller Westenbarger who survives. She was a Certified Nurses’ Assistant at Sunbridge and a member of the Baptist Church.

Survivors in addition to her mother include her husband William Blake Cowley, daughter Kayla Cowley and son Blake Cowley all of Kelso, granddaughter Elizabeth Nicole Cowley, sister Debbie Williams of Flintville, brother Gary Dockery of Bowling Green, KY, sister Lenora Sumaker of Finley, OH and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation with the family will be Wednesday from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. at Higgins Funeral Home.
