A funeral service for Mrs. Patricia Gaye Schumacher, age 66, of Fayetteville, TN will be held at 1 pm on September 20, 2021, at Higgins Funeral Home with Bro. Ley Jean and Trent Thomas officiating. Burial will follow in Cedar Hills Memorial Gardens. Visitation with the family will be from 11 am to 1 pm on Monday at Higgins.
Patti was born on July 19, 1955, in Columbia, TN to the late Donald Marion and Anita Kelley Bassham. She loved being a wife, mother and especially a Mimi. Patti enjoyed spending her time in her flowers and cooking. She was a member of the Howell Church of Christ. Patti passed away on September 15, 2021.
Survivors include her husband of 42 years, Keith Gordon Schumacher; daughters, Tami (Chris) Darnell, Tara (Trent) Thomas; granddaughters, Carrington Thomas, Charlsie Thomas, Kayelynn Robertson, Paisley Robertson; sisters Carla (Jimmy) Kimbrough, Kim (Rick) Hollis; brothers, Brett (Trina) Bassham, Kelly Bassham. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Donnie Bassham.
