I am so sorry to hear this. Parks was a great man. He drove our nursing home bus for years and helped with our monthly cook-outs. He will be greatly missed. Your family is in our hearts and prayers.
I was privileged to meet and get to know Bro. Parks when I was helping fill-in at the Mimosa congregation. I remember his great sense of humor, and that he was always encouraging to me. I know he will be missed. My prayers are with his family and with the members at the Mimosa Church of Christ.
He was a good mentor to me when I first became a Christian. I’m thankful for his influence and have good memories of him at Mimosa. My prayers are with the family.
