It is with regret we announce the passing of Pamela Jo Luna Henderson, aka Lucy, age 74, of Fayetteville, TN. Mrs. Henderson was born on February 2, 1949, in Huntsville, AL and passed away on May 26, 2023, at her residence, surrounded by her loving family.
Pamela loved to entertain and was a first-class decorator. She was well known for setting her formal dining table. Mrs. Henderson worked for Leisure World of Maryland as an interior designer and was a coordinator with Special Olympics. Pamela was preceded in death by her husband of 38 years, Francis Earl Henderson, Jr. on April 19, 2023; and siblings, Laura Jean Luna, and Brian Keith Luna.
Survivors include her sister, Ellen Scott (Brenda Neely); brother, Hershell Luna, II; sister-in-law, Sherri Luna; bonus sons, Chris Henderson, Steve Henderson, and Ryan (Holly) Henderson all of Maryland; six bonus grandchildren; nieces and nephews, Jonathan Scott, Lucy Scott, Keith Luna, Trae Luna, and Brittany Luna; and great-niece, Tori Scott.
A joint celebration of life honoring Francis and Pamela will be held at 11 AM on Monday, June 5, 2023, at Maple Hill Cemetery in Huntsville.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Fayetteville-Lincoln County Animal Shelter, 1718 Pulaski Highway, Fayetteville, TN 37334.
