Survivors include her mother, Gay Lewis Parsley; sister, Heather Parsley; aunts, Nell Parsley (Carl) Moore, Mary Parsley St. John; extended bonus family Colt, Corrie, Breanne, Taylor, Amy Ann, Bridget, Curt; her dedicated friends who stood by her side during her 31-year battle of systemic lupus, Marsha Hale, Marcia Cannon, Cindy Gray, and Denise Robertson; second mother, Ruby Jane Twyman; and numerous extended family members and friends.
Pam was preceded in death by her father, Joe Allen Parsley; husband, Raymond Earl Steelman; uncles, Danny Parsley, Joe Lewis, and Dean Lewis; aunts, Patsy Parsley Rutledge, Janet Lewis Prater; second mother, Andrea Toon Long; and many cousins and friends.

I remember you dressing little Pam in dresses with full skirts and patent leather shoes – and then you pulled her hair up with a curled roll of hair on top. And of course a ribbon! I’m sure she’s laughed with you about how you dressed her like a beautiful doll.
I know you loved her desperately. She was blessed to have you as her momma.
Ms Gay, I’m so sorry and our hearts are broken. Pammie was such a joy to be around. She would light up any room with laughter. Her heart was so full of love for others. She will be missed.
