Norman Zeigler of Fayetteville, Tennessee, formerly of Michigan, passed away February 3, 2014. Norman was born April 20, 1943 to Ralph and Lois Zeigler. He graduated from Onsted High School in 1961.
Norman is survived by his wife Johanne; two brothers, Larry (Suzanne) of Cathedral City, California and Bruce (Jennifer) of Simi Valley, California; two sisters Janette (Tony) Carter of Fayetteville, Tennessee and Wendy Waters of Dublin, California; two sons Scott (Mei) of Shanghai, China and Steve Zeigler of Pinckney, Michigan; one daughter Jodi (Erich) Adams of Columbus, Indiana; three step children Bret Bury of Fayetteville, Tennessee, Jeff Bury (Jennifer) of Whitmore Lake, Michigan, Stacy (Jason) Andaluz of Hazel Green, Alabama, several grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
There will be a memorial service at 6 p.m. on April 21, 2014 at Bethlehem Baptist Church, 1936 Elkwood Section Rd., Hazel Green, Alabama.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Norm’s name to the Bethlehem Baptist Church at 1936 Elkwood Section Rd., Hazel Green, AL 35750.

I worked with a Norman Zeigler in Clinton Mich, I thought a lot of Norm, he is a Excellent Toolmaker. I often wandered where he went to after Peerless Gear and Thomas Company. I was a apprentice under Norm, he is a very great MAN..

It is with great sadness that our family hears of Norm’s passing. He was a true gentleman and a great Christian!! Norm loved the Lord and now is eternally with his Savior Jesus Christ. We are all better for having been blessed to have known Grandpa Norm. Our sympathy and prayers to Norm’s family at this trying time.
Mr. Zeigler was my patient but more than that he was my friend. God definitely gained a wonderful angel and it is folks like Norm that make my job so satisfying. He will be greatly missed. I pray that God comforts his family during this difficult time. Many blessings and prayers.
Mr. Chocolate… we never had to worry about selling candy for our children, Norm would buy it all. Kit Kat bars, “The breakfast of champions” he would say. Norm was a great guy, he will be missed

I worked with Norm. He was a great Engineer and great man, very easy to work with. He accomplished a lot for Chrysler. I am proud to have known him. I know He is with God now and happy.
Norm had style,class and most of all integrity. A true gentleman and glad to have known him. He made the world a better place. My prayers go to the family in this time of sorrow.

Norm was a wonderful man and will be missed so much. My prayers and love to his family. It was a pleasure to have the chance to get to work with and be friends with him. He always made you laugh and smile. And Lord know mux bobbin machine never ran good after he retired. So sorry for his family. May God hold you all right now.
