It is with regret we announce the passing of Norberto Rodriguez Ortiz, aka Chano, age 57, of Taft, TN. Chano was born on February 16, 1966, to Juan Rodriguez Cruz and Balvina Ortiz Rosas. He attended St. Anthony Catholic Church. Chano passed away on June 30, 2023, at Huntsville Hospital.
Survivors include his wife, Ma Cruz Calzada; children, Eriberta Rodriguez Calzada, Rogoberto Rodriguez Calzada, Roberto Rodriguez Calzada, and Daniela Rodriguez Calzada; brothers, Tereso Rodriguez Ortiz, Juan Rodriguez Ortiz, Alfonso Rodriguez Ortiz, Marcelino Rodriguez Ortiz, Nestor Rodriguez Ortiz, and Martin Rodriguez Ortiz; and numerous extended family members and friends.
A memorial gathering will be held at 11am on Sunday, July 2, 2023, at Higgins Funeral Home. Burial will take place in San Luis de la Paz, Mexico.
