Mary was my mother’s roommate at the Rehab center in LaFollette. Our family fell in love with her and we are deeply saddened to hear of her passing.
Mary was a member of our Beta Phi chapter of DKG (Campbell and Claiborne Counties). She was always generous with her artistic talents and soft spoken, kind-hearted ways. She resigned her membership when she retired and moved to Fayetteville. We certainly missed her after she moved.
Mary was such a kind, gentle & talented person. She attended our wedding and blessed us with some of her beautiful art work. Praying comfort and peace from our Lord for her family & close friends too.

Aunt Mary – I will miss your sweet smile, wit, and the joy your spread to those around you. I will be holding you in my heart and sending prayers to all our family and friends. I was so blessed to have you as my aunt, my book buddy, and the best road trip companion.
Sweet Mary, so kind and a bit shy. So happy you came into my life.
Mary was a creative and enthusiastic person. When I married Will, I felt a part of a wonderful family. Mary included me in her love for Will. She had enthusiasm for teaching and art. She created beautiful blankets which are a constant memory of her artistic talent. I will always remember her with a smile. She truly was a gift from God.
It was my pleasure to know and pastor Mary for several years at Underwood Grove. She was a wonderful person and loved God’s Word. I look forward to seeing her in heaven. Prayers for the family.
I cherish the friendship and memories I have of Mary as a neighbor, fellow church member, co-worker, Delta Kappa Gamma sister, and most of all, as a friend. There will never be another Mary.
My Mary, Sweetest Sister friend for 50 years. The most open minded talented girl that I have ever known. Our stories, trips, movies will be forever in my heart. Thousands of times that we have hugged and said the Love word will keep us together always! Blake,Jr.
My deepest condolence for your family of your loss, Mary. God is close to the broken hearted and He saves those who are crust in spirit.
