Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Ann Cowan Tucker, age 65, of Petersburg will be conducted at 11 AM Monday at Higgins Funeral Home with Bro. Roger Cothron and Bro. Dean Pardon officiating.  Burial will follow in Carter Hills Cemetery.  Mrs. Tucker passed away Friday morning at her residence.

A daughter of the late John Willie and Josie Beddingfield Cowan, she was a native of Lincoln County, a homemaker, and a member of Blanche Church of God.

Survivors include her children Dora Barnes of Petersburg, Debbie Bailey of Taft, Dan Tucker of Decherd, Billy Tucker of Scottsboro, AL, Rita Jobe of Petersburg, and Sammy Tucker of Taft, 11 grandchildren, 4 step-grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and sisters Annie Sue Warren of Mulberry, Fannie Lou Sanders of Hot Rock, and Jenny Bell Brown of Harms.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her ex-husband Carleen Columbus Tucker, two children Rosemary and Carl Tucker, two brothers, Thomas, Roy and Harry Cowan and one sister Allen Cowan.

Visitation with the family will be from 5-8 PM Sunday at Higgins Funeral Home.
