Memorial service for Lt. Colonel Alan Cole Duncan age 74 of Fayetteville will be conducted Friday at 3 PM at Higgins Funeral Home with Rev. Tommy Ward officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery Mr. Duncan passed away Sunday December 13th at his residence.

The son of the late Andrew Cole and Eugenia Barroll Duncan, he was a native of Greenwich CT, retired from US Air Force, and a member of the First United Methodist Church.

Survivors include his wife Janice Duncan of Fayetteville, sons Andrew Duncan II of Hollywood, FL, Christopher Duncan of Edina, MN, and James Duncan of Gallatin, TN, step-sons Todd Harter of Gulf Breeze, FL and Erick Harter of Monticello, FL, sister Ann Laredo, Southbury CT, brother Donald Duncan of Robesonia, PA, six grandchildren, nine step-grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Visitation with the family will be Thursday from 5-7 PM at Higgins Funeral Home.
