Funeral service for Ms. Louise Lackey Alaweneh, age 61, of Fayetteville, TN will be conducted at 12 PM on Saturday, January 9, 2021 at Higgins Funeral Home with Reverend Ron Wood officiating. Burial will follow in the Concord Cemetery in Tullahoma, TN.
Louise was born on May 31, 1959 in Manchester, TN to the late Ira Lackey and Nell Singleton Graves. Ms. Alaweneh worked at Goodman Manufacturing as a brazier until her retirement. She loved fishing, camping, crafts, and cross stitch. Louise passed away on January 6, 2021 at her residence surrounded by her family.
Survivors include her loving son, Emad (Nicole) Alaweneh; grandson, Easton Alaweneh; brother, C.D. (Gina) Lackey; boyfriend, Ralph McAlister; and two nieces and three nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Michael Anthony Lackey and Timothy Allen Lackey.
Visitation with the family will be from 10 AM until 12 PM on Saturday, January 9, 2021 at Higgins Funeral Home.
