Graveside service for Louis Balatoni, age 84, of Fayetteville, TN, will be conducted Friday, October 7, 2016 at 2 p.m. in Higgins Cedar Hills Memorial Gardens with Leith Konyndyk and Paul Selby officiating. Mr. Balatoni passed away Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at his residence.

Mr. Balatoni was a native of Hungary, the son of the late Miklos and Jolan Balatoni and was a welder.

Survivors include his sisters Maria Selby, Erika Balatoni both of Fayetteville, TN, brother Joseph (Odakay) Balatoni of Texas, nieces and nephews Erika (Leith) Konyndyk, Jessica (Jason) Ellis, Paul (Savannah) Selby, Michael Selby, Peter Balatoni, Lisa (Stephen) Couch, Julie (Daniel) McCowan, Heidi Balatoni, Michael Balatoni, John Balatoni, Lindy Balatoni, Debbie Fontenette, grand nieces and nephews Lake Konyndyk, Roark Konyndyk, Dawson Ellis, Megan Ellis, Brynlea Selby, Katrina Selby, Brandon Selby, and Harper McCowan. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother John Balatoni and nephew David Selby. Mr. Balatoni was preceded in death by his brother-in-law Bob Selby.

There will be no visitation prior to the graveside service.
