Funeral service for Mr. Larry Wayne Otinger, age 67, of Fayetteville, TN, will be conducted at 4 PM on Wednesday, June 22, 2022, at Park City Baptist Church with Bro. Don Russell officiating. Burial will follow in the Gatlin Cemetery.
Larry was born on June 20, 1954, in Scottsboro, AL, to the late Aubrey Otinger and Louise Farmer. He worked as a maintenance electrician with Chrysler Automotive and was a member of the United Auto Workers Union Local 2322. Mr. Otinger was a musician, and he was a great guitar player. Larry also enjoyed fishing, working on cars, riding motorcycles, and was a jack of all trades. He was a member of the Park City Baptist Church. Larry passed away on June 19, 2022.
Survivors include his wife, Donna Swinford Otinger; children, Chad (April) Otinger, Brent Otinger, and Luke (Crystal) Allen; grandchildren, Caleb Otinger, Tyler Otinger, Brittany Otinger, Mason Allen, Avery Allen, and Thea Allen; and a sister, Rita Otinger Teague. In addition to his parents, Larry was preceded in death by his brother, Rickey Otinger, and one infant brother.
Visitation with the family will be from 2 PM until 4PM on Wednesday at Park City Baptist Church.
