Funeral service for Mr. Larry Kevin Woods, age 42, of Fayetteville, TN, will be conducted at 1 PM on Thursday, February 28, 2019, at Higgins Funeral Home with Pastor David Baker officiating. Burial will follow in Shady Grove Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be held on Thursday beginning at 11 AM until time of service at 1 PM. Higgins Funeral Home is honored to be serving the family of Mr. Woods.
Mr. Woods was born on November 30, 1976 in Nashville, TN to Bonnie Jean Spalding Moss and the late Larry Joe Woods. He worked as a cook at Bill’s Cafe. He loved playing cards and once made it to the World Poker Tour. Kevin passed away on February 25, 2019.
Survivors include his daughters, Chelsea, Breanna, Madisyn, Rayna, and Khloe; mother, Bonnie (Rex) Moss; fiance, Lindsey Holley; sisters, Natalie Duckett, Sonya (Jeff) Savage, and Leigh Ann (Travis) Norman-Fowler; and several nieces and nephews.
Just had Kevin on my mind and I googled his name and this came up. For those that never met Kevin I apologize because yall missed out on the best laughs you could ever have. I’m glad I grew up with him and got to enjoy a special part of my life with him. Kevins momma is a wonderful woman and she can cook , clean and she’s a dang good momma. Bonnie I’m sorry and I love you very much. God bless you a million times

Maddie is having such a hard time. be with her and let her know its gonna be okay. and Chels and Rayna, and Khloe. i know they all miss you so much. as do i. i wish it would get easier for us, but with such a loving sweet soul willing to do anything for anyone, it doesnt get easier.. i love you Uncle Kevin and miss you ever more. watch over all of us. x0xo

Kevin,was a great guy & the sweetest person,that I ever met & known.I met him through Chris Thompson.He will be greatly missed by everybody who knew him.He was a good friend to me & my dad. He will be missed.
