Larry was a kind hearted likeable guy who was my friend for many years. Even though he had a handicap.he would run & play, falling down & picking himself up just like it was nothing. .Our rowdy days as wild kids in grade school at Boonshill were so much fun & he didn’t miss a thing! That showed courage! I used to admire his spunk, now here I am in a motorchair myself. You have two choices in this life, either live to the best of your ability or sit on the sideline & watch everybody else. I’m thankful to have had a friend who coped with his condition & kept on keeping on. Just think, when I see you again Larry, we won’t need legs – we’ll have WINGS! Amen!

My husband I are sorry to hear of Larry’s passing. We wish to extend our deepest sympathy. Sam said when they were young he always saved a seat for him on the bus. May he rest in peace where there is no more pain nor sorrow. Prayers for his precious family.
