Funeral services for Larry D. Mills, age 63, of Fayetteville will be conducted Wednesday at 1:00 pm at Higgins Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Mr. Mills passed away Monday morning in Lincoln Medical Center.
He was a native of Lincoln County and the son of the late Shieely and Ruth Winfrey Mills. Mr. Mills was a truck driver for Allgas and a member of the Prospect Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife Sandra A. Johnson Mills of Fayetteville, daughter Tammy Martin and husband Danny, two sons Mike Mills and wife Jessica and Jeremy Mills and wife Lori all of Fayetteville, grandchildren, Dustin Nichols, Jacob Tittle, Stephanie Martin, Ashley Mills, Erica Mills, Leslie Mills, Sierra Mills and Alexsandra Allar and three great-grandchildren, brothers and sisters, Jerry Mills of Nashville, Dot May of Fayetteville, Peggy Brown of Hazel Green, Sarah Cook of Fayetteville and Joanne Moore of Fayetteville.
Visitation with the family will be Tuesday evening 5-8 PM at Higgins Funeral Home.
I Knew Larry And Some Of The Family Members For A. . Couple Years! Larry Always Kept A Great Sense Of Humor And Was Always Helping Others! Larry Was A Man That Took Care Of His Family….Had Many Interests…And Gave ME Some Sound Advice….RIP LARRY!
