Funeral services for Mrs. Karen Adams, age 58, of Frankewing will be conducted at 2 PM Monday at Higgins Funeral Home with Pastor Monty Franklin officiating. Burial will follow in Wrights Cemetery. Mrs. Adams passed away Saturday morning at Huntsville Hospital.

A daughter of the late Woodrow Gunter and Mary Jane Poston Gunter, who survives, she was a native of Lincoln County, a homemaker, and a member of McBurg Methodist Church.

Survivors, in addition to his mother, include her husband Larry Dean Adams of Frankewing, daughters Tricia D. Williams and husband Jack of Kelso and Christie Lynn Schneid and husband Rich of Boonshill, son Kevin Adams of McBurg, six grandchildren, and brother Gary Gunter of Huntsville. She was preceded in death by her father and son Richard Keith Adams.

Visitation with the family will be from 5-8 PM Sunday evening at Higgins Funeral Home.
