Obituary

Funeral services for Junia Bea Baker, age 90 of Fayetteville, will be conducted Sunday May 31, 2015 at 3 p.m. at Higgins Funeral Home with Bro. David Sain officiating. Burial will follow in Higgins Cedar Hills Cemetery. Mrs. Baker passed away Friday May 29, 2015 at Donalson Care Center.
She was born in Owens Crossroad, AL on September 21, 1924 to the late Arthur Frank and Maggie Oma Goin. Mrs. Baker was retired from Amana Manufacturing and was a member of the West Fayetteville Church of Christ.
She is survived by sons Jerry Thomas (DeDra) Baker and Ronald Glen (Sandra) Baker both of Fayetteville, grandchildren Amanda (Richard) Steelman, Chad Baker, Jason (Fonda) Baker, Jeremy (Jennifer) Baker, Josh (Amber) Baker all of Fayetteville, great-grandchildren Madison and Chase McCormick, Brittany and Matthew Steelman, Brianna, Isaiah, Jayden, MacKenzie, John and Bobby, and Corbyn Baker all of Fayetteville and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a daughter, Barbara Jean Baker, two brothers Alton and Aaron Goin and one sister Mary Crowder.
Visitation with the family will be Saturday May 30, 2015 from 5-8 p.m.
