Obituary

Funeral services for Julia Pauley Robinson, age 84 of Fayetteville, will be conducted Thursday at 11 a.m. at Higgins Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Bates and Rev. Wayne Hollingsworth officiating. Burial will follow in the Prospect Cemetery beside her husband Elzie Robinson. Mrs. Robinson passed away Sunday night at Donalson Care Center.

She was a native of Auxier, KY and the daughter of the late Boyd and Lillian Perry Pauley. Mrs. Robinson was a homemaker and a member of the Heritage Baptist Church.

Survivors include two sons, Charles Robinson of Fayetteville and James Robinson of Dearborn, MI, 7 seven grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, sisters Emma Freeman of Marshall, NC, Phyllis Dockery of Dallas, GA, Anna Gibson of Hellier, KY, Irene Maltese of MI, brothers Wade Pauley and Donald Pauley both of Hellier, KY and Arthur Pauley of
Dallas, GA.

Mrs. Robinson was preceded in death by her husband Elzie Robinson, son Jerry Robinson and one sister Vivian Childers.

Visitation with the family will be Wednesday evening 5-8 p.m. at Higgins Funeral Home.

Higgins Funeral Home is assisting the family of Julia Pauley Robinson.

    I remember as a child visiting her and Elzie in Georgia. They made our family feel right at home. I have such good memories of spending time with them. She was funny and loving. As I grew up and had a family of my own I did not get to see her as much but I treasure the memories I have.

    I remember as a child visiting her and Elzie in Georgia. They made our family feel right at home. I have such good memories of spending time with them. She was funny and loving. As I grew up and had a family of my own I did not get to see her as much but I treasure the memories I have.
