Jane, I was saddened to learn about John. I didn’t know that you had moved to Tn. and I had trouble confirming that it was your John. I couldn’t reach anyone at the office to confirm. However, when I read the tributes I knew it was the John that I knew. I haven’t seen either of you in many years except that I thought I saw you at a distance in the Target parking lot about two weeks ago and I didn’t get a chance to confirm and speak to you. I thought it was your daughter with you.

My thought and prayers have been with you and Jennifer since I saw the notice in the Birmingham News. It was a pleasure to work with you for many years.

May God bless and keep both of you.

Jane, I just happened to see John’s obituary in the Birmingham paper. We lived next door to you guys on Zinnia Lane in Birmingham. I have wondered how you both are. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. I would love to hear from you. May God comfort you in your time of sorrow. Love, Bryce and Carol

Jane, we were so sorry to learn about John’s passing. Thankfully we saw you in Agusta a couple years ago and had a chance to visit after so long. Jim is on a trip and returning on Monday. Like Francis, I am caring for my mother while my sister is out of the country. We would like to make a donation in John’s memory – Lolah will let us know where.
You’re in our thoughts and prayers,

I didn’t know John very well but when I ran into him in the bldg. he was always very polite and friendly and he seemed that way with everyone. I am so sorry for your loss. I will keep you Jane, and his family in my prayers. Jesus is the only real comforter, bare your heart to him.

As a former classmate I wanted to stop by to give up prayers for the family and the assurance that the good Lord will provide strength in the days to come…….His loss here on earth will mean rejoicing in heaven for those that have gone on before.

    God Bless……..RIP, John……..

Jane and Jennifer: We are so saddened to learn of John’s passing. As you may remember, Levings will be 100 in September and Joan and I do not leave town at the same time. Joan and Charles are both out of town now so we are here “minding the store”. You know I would be there and Daddy would also but it is a hard trip for him.
We would like to make a donation to your church or any other place you would designate. Please advise us of your choice. Please know that we love you and send both of you hugs, tears, and kisses.
    Love from your Georgia relatives
