Funeral service for Mrs. Jodine Gault Bean, age 83, of Fayetteville, TN will be conducted at 11 AM on Saturday, March 7, 2020 at Higgins Funeral Home with Bro. Sonny Moore officiating. Burial will follow in Kelso Cemetery.
Mrs. Bean was born on February 15, 1937 in Lincoln County, TN to the late Leon Gault, Sr. and Edna Morrow Gault. She retired from Amana and was a member of the Cotton Mill Village Church of God. Jodine passed away on February 29, 2020 at Southern Tennessee Regional Medical Center in Pulaski, surrounded by her loving family.
Survivors include her daughters, Susan (Wayne) Webb of Hazel Green, AL, and Elizabeth Bain of Mobile, AL; grandchildren, Brooke (Luis) Umanzor, David (Beth) Harmon, Justin (Morgan) Harmon, Lynsey Webb, Michael (Amy) Bain, and Daniel Bain; great-grandchildren, Madison Harmon, Caden Marlow, Walker Harmon, Peyton Harmon, Brinley “Jodine’s Birthday Twin” Harmon, Bradon Pitzer, Cristiano Umanzor, Ansley Bain, and Grayson Harmon; brother, Leon “Sonny” (Venice) Gault, Jr. of Flintville; sisters, Barbara (Bill) Slatton of Kelso, Reba (Roy) Roland of Fayetteville, Carolyn Mitchell of Kelso and Mary Alice McDow of Kelso; special sister, Carol McGeorge; special niece, Joni McDow Bonner and family; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Bean was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Bean in 2007.
Visitation with the family will be from 5 PM to 8 PM on Friday, March 6, 2020 at Higgins Funeral Home. Higgins Funeral Home is honored to be serving the family of Mrs. Jodine Gault Bean.

Such a sweet an wonderful women! We used to live beside her an then meet again later. Her an my granny were great friends from the nursing home when my aunt Virginia was in there.
I grew up around Mrs. Jodine in the Lexie Crossroads area. She was sweet woman and I remember her laugh. Prayers for you all during this time and the days after.

I did not know Jolene but the minute I saw her picture, I thought that looks just like Mrs. Edna Gault, who worked at Blue Ridge Shirt Plant, when I worked in the payroll office in the 60’s. I see she was Mrs. Edna ‘s daughter. So sorry for your loss.
