Funeral services for Mrs. Joan Elizabeth Singer Barry, age 75, of Fayetteville will be conducted Thursday at 10AM at Hope Assembly of God Church with Pastor Daniel Berryhill officiating. Burial will be in Flatwood Cemetery in Camden, TN. Mrs. Barry passed away Monday in Lincoln Medical Center.

Higgins Funeral Home is in charge of services.

She was a native of Rockester, NY and the daughter of Marguerite O’Hara. Mrs. Barry was a former medical assistant for the Heart Center of Nevada and a member of the Hope Assembly of God.

Survivors include her husband William Patrick Barry of Fayetteville, three children Cathy Harwell of Fayetteville, John Thomas Water Jr of Spokanne, WA, and Maureen Tait of Fayetteville, grandchildren Melissa Pitts of Fayetteville, James Tait of Fayetteville, John T. Waters III, Eric, Robert, Diane and Elizabeth Waters all of Spokane, WA, sister Marguerite and brother John Singer.

She was preceded in death by son Allen Wayne Waters and brother Butch Singer.

Visitation with the family will be Wednesday evening 5-8PM at Higgins Funeral Home.
