It is with regret that we announce the passing of Mr. James “Jimmy” Vann Howell, age 73, of Fayetteville, TN. A private family burial will take place in Lincoln Cemetery. Higgins Funeral Home is honored to be serving the family of Mr. Howell.

James was born on November 15, 1946 to the late Johnny Howell and Melissa N. Fuller Pickett. He worked for R&B Wire as a machine operator and served in the United States Army. Mr. Howell passed away on December 18, 2019 at Lincoln Medical Center.

Survivors include his sister, Doris May of Fayetteville, TN, and nephew Donald Wayne May.
