Graveside funeral services for Mrs. Hilda Johnson Honea, age 79, of Fayetteville will be conducted at 2 PM Thursday at Rose Hill Cemetery beside her husband William Fountain Honea who passed away in 2002. Dr. Ronnie Gay will officiate. Mrs. Honea passed away Tuesday morning, December 16, 2008, at Huntsville Hospital.

A daughter of the late Clyde R. and Bessie Tucker Johnson, she was a native of Lincoln County, retired from Teledyne, and a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors include her sister Mattie Lou Warren of Fayetteville and several close friends.

Visitation with the family will be from 12-2 PM Thursday afternoon at Higgins Funeral Home.
