Ive known Harold since I was a 15 year old kid. He was a city policeman. I was riding a motorcycle in the winter time to work where he would visit and he gave me a old policemans winter jacket to wear. I guess he felt sorry for me. I didnt have a car at the time. He was a blast to be around. My prayers go out to Jeff and the family at this time of sorrow. He will be missed by all that knew him.
