Funeral services for Mrs. Geneva Smith Malone, age 91, of Fayetteville will be conducted at 2 PM Sunday at Higgins Funeral Home with Rev. Tommy Ward officiating. Burial will follow in Riverview Memorial Gardens beside her late husband James M. Malone, Sr.. Mrs. Malone passed away Thursday morning at Huntsville Hospital.

A native of Lincoln County, she was a daughter of the late Tull and Mary Lou Barnes Smith, a homemaker, and a member of First United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her sons Jim Malone of Fayetteville, Tom Malone of Roanoke, TX, and Bob Malone and wife Jean of Fayetteville, grandchildren Theron Malone and wife Jamie, Tull Malone and wife Allison, Suzanne Malone, Mary Beth Malone, Emily Malone Young and husband B.B., Thomas Malone, Cole Malone, Jade Butcher and husband Butch, Dawn Parton and husband Brad, 11 great-grandchildren, and nieces, nephews, and many friends. She was preceded in death by grandchildren Troy Malone and Matt Malone, sister Virginia Harrison, and brother K.T. Smith  Jr.

Visitation with the family will be from 12-2 PM Sunday afternoon at Higgins Funeral Home.
