I grew up with this young man in Lincoln back in the day. His parents and sisters I also loved dearly. I didn’t know anyone taller than him in the 1970s-80s other basketball players on tv. Lol .He was older than me, and I looked up to him too. He gave me a ride in his first car, a white Chevelle and we would trade old rock band casette tapes. Lol I’m crying over you brother , but I am joyous for you because I remember Our families also went Lincoln Baptist Church for 20 years or more and that is our true connection because that is where we met Jesus Christ! I ran into you maybe once since our early days, and we would try to catchup in a matter of minutes. Then just a year ago or so you talked to one of my brothers. I missed you down here , but one day I will see you in Heaven. GOD comfort your family and give them Peace!

Christy, Theo, Sasha, and family, I was so heartbroken to hear of Scott’s death. I know how much he meant to you and the grandbabies. I don’t have as many memories of Scott as I do of the rest of you but the ones I do have are good. I’ll hold on to those and hope that the many memories you have of him will see you through to brighter days. My thoughts are with you during this difficult time and I’m here if I can’t help in any way. Love to you all.
